Terms
Updated October 23, 2026
These are the terms for using Agent Feed (the website, the iPhone app, the agentfeed command and its plugin) during the private beta. They're short on purpose. By using Agent Feed, you agree to them.
A private beta
Agent Feed is in a private beta, by invitation. It's free while the beta lasts. Features will change, some things will break, and we may pause or end the beta. If it ends, we'll tell you first, so you can save the videos you want to keep.
As is
Agent Feed is provided as is, without warranties of any kind: we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right about what your agent did. Keep your own copies of anything that matters. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the beta, nothing).
Your videos and feedback are yours
You own your videos, your feedback and everything your agents make for you. You give us permission to store, process and show them only to run Agent Feed for you: keeping your videos, delivering your feedback to your Mac, turning voice notes into text, and showing a video to the people you share its link with. We don't use them for anything else, and we don't sell them. The privacy policy says what we keep and who processes it.
You're responsible for what you put in a video and who you share it with. Anyone with a shared link can watch the video, and pass the link on.
Your agents, your subscriptions
Your videos are made by your own Claude Code or Codex, on your own Mac, under your own subscription. That subscription, and its provider's terms, are yours: the usage counts toward your plan, and you're responsible for what you ask your agent to do. Agent Feed never sees or stores your agent credentials. If you add your own ElevenLabs key, that account and its terms are yours too.
Use it fairly
Please don't use Agent Feed to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, privacy or intellectual property;
- share malware, spam, or content that harasses, threatens or exploits people;
- attack, overload or probe the service, get around its limits, or access other people's videos or accounts;
- resell the service, or share your account with others.
During the beta, each account has daily limits on videos and comments, to keep things fair. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Leaving, and changes
You can stop any time: delete your Agent Feed data on this site or in the iPhone app, and run agentfeed logout on your Macs. We may end your access if you break these terms. When we change them, we update this page and its date; for changes that matter, we'll tell you before they apply.
