Agent Feed

Agent Feed turns what your coding agent did into a short video, and carries your feedback back to it. Your code and your agent's conversation stay on your Mac; what reaches us is the finished video, a few labels and the feedback you give. This page says exactly what, who handles it, and how to delete it.

The short version

What stays on your Mac

Your own agent makes the video on your Mac: Claude Code or Codex, under your own account. To tell the story it reads the session, the changes and the project, all on your Mac, and none of that is uploaded to Agent Feed. Your agent provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) sees it just as it did in your original session, under your account and its terms.

What leaves your Mac, by how videos are made

Agent Feed for Mac makes videos one of these ways; you choose in its setup or its Settings, which show this same list.

Agent Feed makes them (coming soon)

Your agent writes the script here; our servers narrate, animate and render it.

What leavesWhere it goesWhy
The storyboard your agent writes on your Mac (the script, and what each scene shows), or your brief when there's no agent on itAgent FeedOur servers make the video from it.
The storyboardAnthropic, through Agent FeedOur servers' agent writes the animation from it.
The scriptElevenLabs, through Agent FeedTo narrate it.
Your project and your session, as your agent reads them to write the storyboardAnthropic or OpenAI, under your own accountAs in your own sessions.

Stays on your Mac: Your code, your agent's transcripts and your file paths: only the storyboard leaves.

My Claude Code or Codex

Your own agent and plan make the video on your Mac.

What leavesWhere it goesWhy
Your project and your session, as your agent reads themAnthropic or OpenAI, under your own accountYour agent makes the video, as in your own sessions.
The narration scriptElevenLabs: through Agent Feed with Agent Feed voice, or straight from your Mac with your own keyTo narrate it. With the local voice it stays on your Mac.
The finished video, its poster and captions, its title, the project's name, the git branch and the session's titleAgent Feed, when your Mac is linkedSo it plays on your phone and on the web.
Build progress, with errors cleaned of paths and secrets, and your agent's replies to your notesAgent Feed, when your Mac is linkedTo show the video being made, and the conversation, on your phone.

Stays on your Mac: Your code, your agent's transcripts and your file paths.

My own API keys

Claude Code or Codex with your own key, kept in your Mac's Keychain.

What leavesWhere it goesWhy
Your project and your session, as your agent reads themAnthropic or OpenAI, with your own API keyYour agent makes the video, billed to your key.
The narration scriptElevenLabs, with your own keyTo narrate it. With the local voice it stays on your Mac.
The finished video and its labelsAgent Feed, only if your Mac is linkedSo it plays on your phone and on the web.

Stays on your Mac: Your code, your agent's transcripts and your file paths. Your API keys: in your Mac's Keychain, read only when a video is made, never sent to Agent Feed.

Private: only this Mac

Your agent and a voice made on your Mac. Nothing else leaves it.

What leavesWhere it goesWhy
Your project and your session, as your agent reads themAnthropic or OpenAI (the agent you chose), as in your own sessionsYour agent makes the video.

Stays on your Mac: Everything else: no account, no upload, no link. The narration is made on your Mac by the local voice.

In every way: Setup downloads the video runtime (and the local voice, if you choose it) from agentfeed.com, and the app checks there for updates, sending only its version. Nothing about you or your work goes with them.

In every way: If Agent Feed for Mac quits unexpectedly, it asks before sending the crash report macOS wrote to Agent Feed, showing exactly what would go: your home folder is written as ~ in it, and nothing from your projects, transcripts or videos is in it. Settings has the same choice, off unless you turn it on. Only this Mac never sends one.

What Agent Feed keeps

WhatWhy
Your phone numberTo sign you in, on the web and in the iPhone app.
Each video, its poster image and its captions (the narration's words)So you can watch it on the web and on your phone.
The video's title, the project's name, the git branch and the session's titleSo your feed says what each video is about. Names only, never file paths.
Build progress, like “Writing the storyboard” or “Rendering”To show the video being built, live. Error messages are cleaned of paths and secrets first.
Your feedback: typed comments, voice notes, the moment in the video they're about, approvals, and the agent's repliesTo deliver it to the session that made the video, and show you the conversation.
Your linked Macs: each one's name, and when it was linked and last seenSo a Mac can publish videos and receive your feedback. Its key is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.
A notification token for each phoneTo tell you when a video is ready or an agent has replied.
Which videos you've watched in the iPhone appSo your feed can show what's new.
Usage: how many videos and comments you make each day, and what each video cost to makeFair-use limits during the beta, and setting prices later. Never shown to anyone else.
Crash reports from Agent Feed for Mac, only when you said yes: the report macOS wrote, with your home folder written as ~To find and fix what made the app quit. Never linked to your videos.
Your plan (Free, Pro or Cloud) and, on a paid plan, its Stripe customer referenceTo give you your plan's limits and voice, and to find your subscription when you manage it.

The narration script goes to ElevenLabs to be spoken: straight from your Mac under your own ElevenLabs account if you added your key, or through Agent Feed under ours if you use Agent Feed voice.

Who processes it

Each one handles your data only to do its part of the service.

Who can see your videos

Videos start private: only you, signed in, can watch them. When you share one, anyone with its link can watch it without signing in, and link previews in messages show its title and poster. Stopping sharing makes it private again. Only you can comment on your videos, and your comments go only to your own Mac and agent.

How long it's kept

Deleting your data

Delete your Agent Feed data on this site, or in the iPhone app under Account. It removes your videos with their links and media, your comments and voice notes, your linked Macs (they stop working until you link them again), notification tokens, usage records, crash reports and your plan. On a paid plan, cancel it first under Manage billing: deleting your data doesn't cancel a subscription.

Your phone sign-in stays, because the older Wile app shares it: you can sign in again any time to start over, or email us to have it removed too. Videos saved on your Mac stay on your Mac.
